Oral Health Care Services

The oral health care services are responsible for the dental and oral health care included in the scope of primary health care. Dental care services include, for example, the services provided by dentists, dental nurses, and oral hygienists. You will be admitted to dental care as needed.

Do the following

If you have symptoms or other issues related to your mouth area, and are over 18 years of age, contact the dental clinic associated with your own healthcare and social welfare centre. To speed up your service, fill out the oral symptoms questionnaire in the Päijät-Sote app while waiting for the call back.

If your issue is not urgent, please contact us after 10 a.m. if possible.

If you cannot attend your appointment, cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance by phone or text message. This way, we can offer the cancelled appointment to another client.

If you do not cancel the appointment, an adult client will be invoiced for an uncancelled appointment. No fee will be charged if there is a valid reason for the lack of advance cancellation, such as a sudden illness.
